The PRIDE of Rock Island Marching Band performed this year's production "The Collective" for friends, families and community members at their Annual Band Preview Night on Wednesday, September 19 at the Rock Island High School Stadium.
At the end of the performance, parents and community members joined the band students on the field and attempted to keep up with the show.
"It's a fun night to celebrate all of the hard work everyone put in over the summer," said Band Director Pete Carlin. "We are looking forward to the competitions this fall."

- September 29 - Competition: Phantom Regiment Red & Black Fall Classic at Northern Illinois University
- October 1 - Showcase of Bands, Rock Island High School Stadium, 7 p.m.
- October 5 - Performance at Rocky Football Game
- October 12 - Performance at Rocky Football Game
- October 13 - Competition: Downers Grove South
- October 26 - 28 Competition: Bands of America, St. Louis
